Motorcycle rallies in summer
1. Quebrantabook
Quebrantabook is one of the most noteworthy rallies that we can find in Catalonia. It is a non-competitive motorcycle event around the Pyrenees on roads open to traffic.
You will find different points on the road that you must reach to complete this large and multidisciplinary route. You can choose between 2 types of route, the 400km one or the 650km one, depending on your experience and your desire to devour kilometres and roads.

2. Playas de Cartaya Mototourism Rally
After many editions, it remains one of the benchmark events to take into account if we want to ride in summer along a winding stretch near the coast and enjoy the gastronomy and accommodation in the area.
Enjoy this iconic tourist route along the beaches of Huelva on your motorcycle.
3. Asturfénix Motorcycle Rally
One of the most eagerly awaited rallies of the year, where the ideal conditions for enjoying a perfect motorcycle day come together: perfect summer weather, winding roads full of curves and a passion for motorcycles. This event takes place in Gijón, but it has not been held again since 2019. Will this be the year?

4. Sanxenxo International Motorcycle Rally
As its name suggests, this is one of the international rallies held in northern Spain. With more than 20 years of history, it is one of the most crowded events, hosting around 3,000 participants every year.
This year, 2020, we were unable to enjoy this rally due to force majeure, but we are sure that soon we will ride again alongside the "Motoclub Amigos de la Moto de Sanxenxo".
5. Cabo de Palos Motorcycle Festival
The Cabo de Palos motorcycle rally, or Cabo de Palos Motorcycle Festival, is a motorcycle gathering aimed at promoting a passion for motorcycling and spreading awareness of the heritage of the Region of Murcia. It is a unique event where you can discover and enjoy the roads of the Levante area, its gastronomy, concerts and activities related to the motor world.
You cannot miss it!
6. Dinorider 360
DinoRider 360 is the only event that brings together two passions: motorcycling and palaeontology. This mototourism event, through the proposed route, travels through various unique palaeontological and geological areas in the province of Cuenca. It is a route that aims to highlight sites such as Las Hoyas and Lo Hueco, while also enhancing the natural and scenic richness of the Serranía de Cuenca.
390 km are covered throughout a full day and you will have to stamp your passport at the checkpoint areas distributed along the route, some marked and others hidden. A fun route, suitable for everyone.

7. Pingüinos
Without a doubt, it is the rally par excellence at national level. It brings together around 30,000 fans every year, including celebrities from the world of motorcycling.
This event lasts 4 days and takes place in Valladolid, in January. We recommend that you wrap up warm, especially if you are not resistant to the cold.
8. La leyenda continúa
It could be said that it is the direct competition to the Pingüinos rally, so you will have to choose between one or the other, as both are held during the second week of January. La leyenda continúa takes place in Segovia, where, in addition to impressive routes, we will find great gastronomy and many activities to enjoy, such as concerts, talks, conferences, etc.
9. Arguis Winter Meeting
One of the oldest rallies and one with the most history in Spain. The first edition of this motorcycle rally took place in 1974 and has kept the same essence from then until today.
The route ends in the village of Arguis, Huesca, where a bonfire is lit to fight the cold. Without a doubt, it is one of the most legendary routes that you should not miss.
10. Motauros
Another of the winter rallies that takes place in Valladolid, specifically in Tordesillas. At this motorcycle event, in addition to a good motorcycle route, you can enjoy 4 days of concerts, exhibitions and typical regional gastronomy.
We recommend that you go well wrapped up and ready to have a good time at one of the largest motorcycle rallies in Spain.

11. Andarinex Motorcycle Rally
Without a doubt, the best time to ride our motorcycle in the south is spring. For this reason, the Andarinex motorcycle rally has become one of those that attracts more followers every year.
This route, which takes place in Almería, crosses the province until it ends in the village square of Benahadux. It is there where events and concerts are held for all those registered and not registered in this popular route.
This year, 2021, it has been cancelled due to force majeure, like some of the ones we mentioned above, but we are sure that next year we will all be able to enjoy it.
12. Villa de Conil Rally
Unlike the rest of the rallies we have talked about above, the Villa de Conil rally, which takes place in Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz, is a recreational event with concerts, exhibitions, raffles, stands and much more. If what you want is to enjoy the Cádiz coast surrounded by a motorcycling atmosphere, you cannot miss it
Tips for going to a rally or route with your motorcycle
Logically, it is important that before leaving home with our scooter or motorcycle, we take a series of measures to make sure that we return without incidents. What we want to achieve is to avoid problems on the route and enjoy our motorcycle or scooter as much as possible.
Before leaving, always remember to check all your levels and pressures. The most relevant and common ones in most motorcycles are the coolant, oil, brake fluid and tyre pressure.
If your motorcycle has a chain, do not forget to grease it correctly and, if your scooter has a belt, do not forget to check its tension and wear level. If this element fails in the middle of the route, it can cause a setback or even an accident.
And remember, if you have a JCosta variator fitted, do not forget to have it inspected and replace any consumable components that have deteriorated.
