Compliance with the Law
Occasionally, we are required to disclose personal data to authorities and/or courts in compliance with a formal request under current legislation. In any case, I&T Scooter will always request the correct documentation from the relevant authorities before disclosing any information.
Report on Defective Products and Fraud
In the event of disputes, fraud, or uncollectible debts, I&T Scooter will attempt to reach an amicable agreement. If this is not possible, we will carefully assess the situation in order to decide how, when, and to whom to report the situation that has occurred.
Retention periods
Personal data will be retained:
a) In relation to the "registration form" to request the registration of the entity as an affiliated member of I&T Scooter: Personal data will be retained until the termination of the relationship between I&T Scooter and the affiliated entity, unless the latter requests the deletion of such data from I&T Scooter in advance. For these purposes, the affiliate is reminded that, in its capacity as the data controller, it must communicate to I&T Scooter, as the recipient to whom personal data is disclosed, any rectification or deletion of the data of its representatives, authorized persons, and other contact individuals.
Once the relationship has concluded, to the extent that the personal data of the interested parties is relevant for the liability of I&T Scooter towards the affiliated entities, such data will be retained, duly blocked, at the disposal of the judicial authorities or the competent public administrations, for the enforcement of the responsibilities arising from the processing for the applicable statute of limitations period.
b) In relation to the "Newsletter form": until the user requests the deletion of their data.
d) In relation to the "contact form": The data will be retained for a period of 2 years, unless a request for their deletion is made in advance to Confianza Online.
Rights of the interested parties
Website users will be able to exercise the following rights before I&T Scooter, to the extent applicable: access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and, when processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw it at any time.
Users will be able to exercise these rights by properly identifying themselves with their ID and contacting the addresses indicated in the section "Data Controller" by postal or electronic means.
Users will also have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority (the Spanish Agency for Data Protection) if they believe their rights have been violated.
