THE COMPANY informs Users that it will make its best efforts to achieve the highest possible quality, taking into account the state of the art of technology. Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE COMPANY declines any liability in the event of interruptions or malfunctioning of the services or content offered on the Internet, regardless of the cause. Likewise, THE COMPANY shall not be liable for network failures, loss of business as a result of such failures, temporary power outages or any other type of indirect damage that may be caused to Users for reasons beyond THE COMPANY’s control.

THE COMPANY may temporarily or permanently suspend the services or content for reasons of updating, maintenance or repair of its systems, or for business-related reasons.

THE COMPANY shall not be liable for failures and/or damages arising from the incompatibility of THE COMPANY’s services or content with other services, content or software programs with which they are not specifically interoperable. In any event, the configuration and capacity of Users’ equipment for browsing the websites, as well as for using the services and content offered therein, must be sufficient to allow the proper use of the services. The User shall be responsible for the complete and correct installation of any content that may be downloaded from said websites.

Both access to the websites and any use that may be made of the information and content included therein shall be the sole responsibility of the person carrying out such access or use.

Therefore, any use that may be made of the information, images, content and/or products offered and accessible through them shall be subject to the applicable national or international laws, as well as to the principles of good faith and lawful use by the Users, who shall be entirely responsible for such access and proper use.

Users shall be obliged to make reasonable use of the services or content, in accordance with the principle of good faith and with respect for current legislation, morality, public order, good customs, the rights of third parties or those of THE COMPANY itself, all according to the possibilities and purposes for which they are designed. THE COMPANY assumes no liability, whether direct or indirect, for consequential damage or loss of profit arising from misuse of the services or content by Users or third parties. The User undertakes to use the services or content exclusively for personal use and not to exploit them commercially, either directly or indirectly.

Access to the services or content shall be carried out under the full responsibility of the Users. In the case of minors or legally incapacitated persons, such access shall be carried out under the full responsibility of their parents, representatives or legal guardians, who must accompany, supervise or take the appropriate precautions during their browsing of the web pages.

As a general rule, any type of activity detrimental to THE COMPANY or to third parties is prohibited. THE COMPANY shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for the information, images, references or content that are communicated, hosted, transmitted or displayed through the services or content offered by THE COMPANY against its will.

Likewise, Users undertake not to publish, disclose, announce, refer to or distribute any material, matter or information containing illegal, obscene, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, misleading or racist content, or content contrary to morality or public order, and not to introduce any type of computer virus, defective files or any other software or computer program that may cause damage or unauthorised alterations to the content, programs or systems accessible through the websites; alter or interfere by fraudulent means with personal web pages or emails of other Users without proper authorisation; send mass and/or repetitive emails; or send third-party email addresses without their consent. Users may also not misuse or improperly use, in relation to their normal operation and purpose, any services or content that may be provided by THE COMPANY, such as chats, news groups, forums, etc.

In the event of breach of the provisions set forth herein, THE COMPANY may, without this giving rise to any type of compensation, remove illegal content from its web pages. THE COMPANY may act in this regard either at its sole and exclusive discretion or at the request of an affected third party, all in accordance with current legislation.

In particular, and without prejudice to the foregoing, Users undertake to comply with all applicable local, regional, national and international regulations and shall be solely responsible for all acts or omissions occurring in relation to their account, registration or password, including the content of their transmissions through the services or content. By way of example, and without limitation, Users agree to refrain from the following actions, without prejudice to the fact that they shall be fully responsible for them:

• Collecting or otherwise gathering information about third parties, including their email addresses, without their consent, as well as providing third parties with email addresses belonging to others.
• Using, downloading or otherwise copying, as well as providing, whether free of charge or not, to any person or entity that is not a User of the services or content, any directory of Users of the services or content or any other information relating to Users or their use outside the context of normal use in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the services or content, to other accounts, computer systems or networks connected thereto, through automatic password searching or by other means.
• Breaching applicable laws or regulations, including, among others, legislation governing the transmission of technical data or software exported from the European Union.
• Interfering with the use or enjoyment of the services or content by other Users, or with the use or enjoyment of similar content by other persons or entities.
• Carrying out any action on the websites that involves the transmission of any harmful, damaging or merely unsolicited program.

THE COMPANY shall have no obligation to monitor the Service or the use made of it by a user, nor to retain the content of any user session. However, without prejudice to the foregoing, THE COMPANY reserves the right to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose at any time any information that may be necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulation, legal proceeding or administrative requirement.

THE COMPANY, whenever technically possible, shall immediately cancel or block any registration of Users of the websites under THE COMPANY’s responsibility when it reasonably considers that such registration transmits, or is otherwise related to, any annoying or unsolicited bulk email message and, to the extent possible, when requested by the User recipient of THE COMPANY’s websites, without prejudice to the full compensation for any damages and losses caused to THE COMPANY and to third parties.

THE COMPANY is free to limit access to the websites, and to the products and/or services offered therein, as well as the subsequent publication of opinions, observations, images, or comments that Users may send via email. In this regard, THE COMPANY may establish, if it deems appropriate, without prejudice to the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Users, the necessary filters to prevent content or opinions considered racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, pornographic, defamatory, or that, in any way, promote violence or the dissemination of clearly illegal or harmful content from being posted on its websites. Given the high number of emails received, and according to the applicable regulations at any given time, this effort by THE COMPANY will be carried out according to reasonable criteria, as it is practically impossible to control the current content of the services offered at all times.

According to what is stated in the previous paragraph, THE COMPANY is also authorized to proceed with the modification or alteration of such observations, opinions, or comments, in order to adapt them to the editorial format needs of the web pages, without it being understood that there is any kind of infringement of any moral rights of copyright that Users may hold over them.

Any technical, logical, or technological resources that allow a third party to benefit, directly or indirectly, with or without profit, from each and every one of the contents, forms, indexes, and other formal expressions that are part of the websites, or from the effort made by THE COMPANY for their operation, are prohibited. Specifically, any link, hyperlink, framing, or similar connection that may be established to THE COMPANY's websites without the prior, express, and written consent of THE COMPANY is prohibited. Any violation of the provisions in this point will be considered an infringement of THE COMPANY's legitimate intellectual property rights over the websites and all their contents.

THE COMPANY will not assume any responsibility for consequences arising from the aforementioned behaviors and actions, nor will it assume any responsibility for the content, services, products, etc. of third parties that can be accessed directly or through banners, links, hyperlinks, framing, or similar connections from THE COMPANY's websites.

Changes are periodically made to the information contained herein. THE COMPANY may at any time introduce improvements and/or changes to the products or content, although the commitments made to customers at the time of purchase shall be respected.
